Quenva text messaging terms

These terms apply if you expressly opt in to receive text messages through Quenva’s public support-chat widget. Text messaging is optional and is not an emergency channel.

Policy versionSeptember 3, 2026
01

Chat-only website opt-in

The LeadConnector chat widget is the only SMS opt-in method on Quenva’s public website. Quenva does not use a separate contact form, phone-number form, or standalone SMS-consent form on pages where the chat widget is available.

By voluntarily providing a mobile number inside the chat widget and affirmatively accepting the SMS consent language shown there, you authorize Quenva and service providers acting on its behalf to send messages in the categories disclosed at consent. Marketing consent is specific to Quenva, is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, and is not inferred from consent to telehealth, treatment, privacy terms, or transactional messages. Do not enroll a number you do not control.

02

Message categories and frequency

Depending on your selection, texts may include identity or login codes, account notices, appointment and refill reminders, shipment or billing updates, support messages, and promotional messages. Message frequency varies based on your activity, care plan, and preferences. Marketing consent should be collected separately when required.

03

Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Quenva does not charge a separate fee for texts, but your carrier may. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier, device, number changes, filtering, or network conditions.

04

Opt out and help

Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out of messages from the sending number. Quenva may send one confirmation of the opt-out. You may also revoke consent in another reasonable manner by emailing support@quenva.co. Reply HELP or email support@quenva.co for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts does not cancel your program or prevent legally permitted non-SMS communications.

05

State quiet hours and registrations

Quenva follows federal and applicable state restrictions on calling or texting times, frequency, do-not-call requests, seller identification, registration, and recordkeeping. When state standards differ, Quenva applies the rule for the recipient’s location that provides the required protection. Enrollment does not override a state do-not-call or revocation right.

06

Privacy and security

SMS is not fully secure. Do not send diagnoses, medication details, photographs, payment-card data, or urgent clinical information by text. Use the secure patient portal for treatment communications. Personal information is handled as described in Quenva’s Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

07

No emergency or continuous monitoring

Texts are not continuously monitored and do not replace clinical instructions, portal messaging, 911, or crisis services. Call 911 for an emergency. In the U.S., call or text 988 for suicide or crisis support.

08

Changes and contact

Quenva may change or discontinue a messaging program and will provide notice when required. Questions or complaints may be sent to support@quenva.co. Your mobile carrier’s terms also apply.
