Access is part of good care

Quenva is committed to making its public website and digital care experience usable by people with disabilities and to providing reasonable assistance when barriers arise.

Policy versionSeptember 3, 2026
01

Our commitment

Quenva’s goal is to design and maintain quenva.co toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and consistent with applicable federal and state nondiscrimination obligations. This is a target and ongoing practice, not a representation that every page or third-party service has completed a formal conformance audit.

02

Measures we take

Measures include semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-accessible navigation and controls, visible focus indicators, readable color contrast, responsive layouts, text alternatives for meaningful images, labels for interactive elements, reduced-motion support, and periodic automated and manual review.

03

Third-party services

Some features may be provided by independent licensed providers, pharmacies, payment processors, social networks, or other third parties. Quenva does not control every aspect of those services but will work to identify accessible alternatives or contact the responsible provider when a barrier is reported.

04

Known and changing limitations

Healthcare content, browser updates, embedded tools, generated documents, and third-party components may create limitations that change over time. Quenva welcomes specific reports, including the page, feature, device, browser, assistive technology, and problem encountered.

05

Request assistance or an alternative format

Email support@quenva.co with the subject ‘Accessibility Request.’ Describe the content, service, or accommodation needed and how you would prefer to receive a response. Do not include sensitive medical details in ordinary email. Quenva will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and provide an effective alternative.

06

Feedback and updates

Accessibility is reviewed as the service changes. Quenva may update this statement to describe improvements, testing, or known limitations. Feedback may be sent to support@quenva.co.
