Paying with FSA or HSA
All Quenva plans are eligible for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) payment, letting you use pre-tax dollars for your visits and prescriptions. Simply use your FSA/HSA card at checkout, or request an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
We do not bill insurance — cash-pay pricing keeps costs transparent and avoids coverage delays, so you can start treatment sooner.
Prescriptions are issued only after an online consultation with an independent licensed healthcare provider, who will determine if treatment is appropriate for you. Not all patients will qualify.
Billing terms. Plans are subscriptions that renew automatically — monthly plans bill every month and 3-month plans bill every three months — until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing support@quenva.co; cancellation stops future billing cycles. Introductory pricing applies to your first month only, after which the standard plan rate applies. All prices are in USD. A prescription is never guaranteed; if a provider determines treatment is not appropriate, medication charges are refunded in full. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete terms.
