Quenva Care follows the selected calendar-month or quarterly cadence. Compounded medication, if prescribed, is charged per authorized 28-day fill.
A prescription is never guaranteed. If treatment is not approved, a medication charge collected for a prescription that will not be issued is refunded under the current policy; completed care services may be non-refundable where permitted.
