1. Nature of the Platform

Quenva is a technology platform that connects individuals with independent, licensed healthcare providers and state-licensed pharmacies. Quenva does not practice medicine, does not provide medical care or advice, and does not manufacture, compound, or dispense medications. All medical services are provided by independent licensed providers who exercise independent clinical judgment. All prescription fulfillment is performed by state-licensed pharmacies.

No content on this platform constitutes medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment decision. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. state where our services are available to use the platform. By using the platform you represent that all information you provide, including health information submitted during intake, is accurate and complete. Providing false or incomplete health information can result in serious harm to your health and termination of your access.

3. Prescriptions and Treatment

A prescription is never guaranteed. Prescriptions are issued only when an independent licensed provider, after reviewing your health information and consulting with you as required by applicable law, determines in their independent clinical judgment that treatment is appropriate. Providers may decline to prescribe for any clinical reason.

Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies for specific patient needs based on a valid prescription. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Compounded medications are not the same as, and are not generic versions of, any FDA-approved medication. Quenva does not manufacture or compound any medication. Actual product packaging may differ from imagery shown.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Program fees are charged on the schedule described at checkout (monthly or quarterly). Fees cover clinical consultation, ongoing support, prescribed medication where applicable, and shipping. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform on behalf of another person, resell or distribute any medication received, misrepresent your identity or health information, or use the platform in violation of any law. Medications prescribed through the platform are for your personal use only, exactly as directed by your provider.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUENVA DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS AND PHARMACY SERVICES PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT PHARMACIES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

7. Changes and Contact
