Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 29, 2026

We want the terms of your program to be clear before you start. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and shipping work.

1. Cancellation

Plans are subscriptions that renew automatically — monthly plans bill each month and 3-month plans bill every three months — until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@quenva.co. Cancellation stops future billing cycles; it does not refund charges already incurred for medication that has been prescribed, prepared, or shipped. Introductory pricing applies to the first month only; the standard plan rate applies thereafter and is disclosed before you pay.

2. Refunds

If a licensed provider determines treatment is not appropriate for you, any amount paid for medication is refunded in full (consultation fees may be retained where permitted by state law). Because compounded prescriptions are prepared specifically for you, medication that has entered pharmacy preparation or shipping cannot be returned or refunded, consistent with pharmacy law. If your order arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost.

3. Shipping

Medications ship in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging via expedited carriers at no additional charge. Shipping timelines shown on the site are estimates; pharmacy preparation times vary. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and retrieving packages promptly, particularly for temperature-sensitive medications.

Important safety & compliance information

Prescriptions are issued only after an online consultation with an independent licensed healthcare provider, who will determine if treatment is appropriate for you. Not all patients will qualify.

Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies for specific patient needs based on a valid prescription. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Compounded medications are not the same as, and are not generic versions of, any FDA-approved medication. Quenva does not manufacture or compound any medication. Actual product packaging may differ from imagery shown.

Individual results vary. Average weight loss figures are based on published clinical trials of FDA-approved GLP-1 medications combined with diet and exercise; they are not a guarantee of your results.
